Ingredients
3 tbsp (1 ½ oz) Beefeater® Gin
1 tbsp (1/2 oz) Torani Ruby Red Grapefruit Syrup
1/2 tbsp (1/4 oz) fresh lime juice
1/4 cup (2oz) sparkling water or club soda
lime wedge for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Shake and pour over ice in Collins glass. Top with soda water. Garnish and serve.
