Add 1-1/2 c shave ice to a 16-oz glass and compact with a muddler. Pour in soda water and Watermelon Syrup. Add another 1-1/2 c shave ice. Compact lightly; add more if needed. Drizzle Lemon Syrup over, pouring it along the inside glass rim. Top with 1/4 c whipped cream and drizzle Crème de Menthe Syrup over a spoon. Enjoy! Recipe: David & Edward Guerra, @midwesthusbands
