Citrus Bread
Ingredients
1 cup + 1 Tbsp.Torani Lemon syrup
2 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 egg lightly beaten
2 tsp. grated orange zest
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Sift flour with baking powder, soda and salt. Whisk the butter and egg together. Add 1 cup of Torani Lemon syrup and citrus zest. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and stir in the liquid ingredients just until mixed. Bake in a greased 9”x5”x3” loaf pan for 1 hour or until it is springy to the touch. Brush with remaining Tbsp. of Torani Lemon syrup. Let cool completely before serving.
