Candied Lemon Drop
Ingredients
2 Tbsp (1 oz) Torani Vanilla Syrup
1/4 cup (2 oz.) sparkling water or club soda
1/4 cup (2 oz.) pineapple juice
2 Tbsp (1 oz.) fresh lemon juice
Sugar for coating rim
Instructions
Moisten the rim of a coupe (or martini) glass with a lemon wedge and dip into sugar. Set aside. Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add Torani, sparkling water, pineapple juice and lemon juice and stir well. Strain into your prepared glass.
