Orange Carrot Bread
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
1 cup + 1 Tbsp. Torani Tangerine syrup
1/2 cup melted butter
1 Tbsp. grated orange zest
2 cups grated carrots
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift flour with baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices. Whisk eggs and add 1 cup Torani Tangerine syrup, butter and orange zest. Stir in flour mixture and then stir in carrots. Bake in a greased 9”x5”x3” loaf pan for 45 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean. Brush with remaining Tbsp. of Torani Tangerine syrup. Let cool completely before serving.
