Lemon Melon Salad With Ginger and Mint
Ingredients
2 cups Torani Lemon syrup
4 oz. (1/2 cup) ginger root, peeled and sliced
4 cups melon balls
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint, for garnish
Instructions
Place the syrup and sliced ginger in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Strain the syrup and pour over the melon balls. Cover and return to refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour. Serve topped with the chopped mint.
