Grilled Salmon with Pineapple Marinade
Ingredients
Marinade: 1/4 cup Torani Pineapple syrup
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. grated ginger root
2 Tbsp. rice wine, sherry or sake
4 salmon fillets, about 6 oz. each
Instructions
Combine the marinade ingredients. Coat the salmon with the marinade and let sit for 30 min. Grill the salmon to your liking. Serves 4. Serve with Mango Salsa. (See separate recipe)
