Ingredients
1/2 tbsp (1/4 oz) Torani Vanilla Syrup
1 tbsp (1/2 oz) fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp (1 oz) Encanto Pisco
2 dashes Regan's Orange Bitters
3 oz. Brut California Sparkling Wine
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except sparkling wine, in a mixing glass and stir over ice cubes to chill. Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with 3 oz Brut California Sparkling Wine. Garnish with an orange twist.
