Amethyst Cold Brew
Ingredients
1 oz Torani Puremade Galaxy Syrup
4-5 fresh blackberries
4-5 basil leaves, plus sprig to garnish
1 oz lemon juice
3 oz cold brew
Soda water
Instructions
Muddle blackberries and basil with Torani Puremade Galaxy Syrup in a shaker. Add lemon juice and cold brew and shake with ice. Strain into a glass, top with soda water and a sprig of basil and enjoy! Recipe by Morgan Eckroth, @morgandrinkscoffee.
