Peppermint Punch


Peppermint Punch
Ingredients
4 oz of Torani Puremade Peppermint Syrup
6 scoops of vanilla or peppermint ice cream (reserve 2)
¼ cup crushed candy cane bits, divided
8 oz vanilla eggnog
½ cup club soda
2 candy cane sticks
2 drops of pink food coloring
Instructions
In a blender, add Torani Puremade Peppermint Syrup, 4 scoops of ice cream, half the candy cane bits, and eggnog. Blender until creamy. Fill two glasses with the punch ¾ of the way. Top off with one scoop of ice cream, and club soda. Top with reserved crushed candy cane bits and serve with a candy cane stick.
